Girl Scout Troop 368 Volunteering

Girl Scout Troop 368 had a blast singing to residents at the Christian Care Communities Nursing Home Thursday evening, December 15th. It all started back at Briarwood Elementary during their 6 o’clock troop meeting. All the girls (Daisies, Brownies, and Jrs.) made homemade Christmas ornaments for the residents. Around 6:45pm, they arrived at the Christian Care Communities to sing Christmas carols plus one Girl Scout song. Afterward, every resident that attended the show received at least 2 ornaments. It was a wonderful time and the girls did an outstanding job volunteering their time to spend with the residents.
