Bowling Green Alex’s Lemonade Stand

Alex’s Lemonade Stand was started in Bowling Green in 2005 by Riley Miller, who at the time was 11 yrs old after losing her brother, Reid to a childhood cancer in 2002. She has inspired many Kids and Youth that they too can make a difference. This year, her sister Reagan is leading the efforts.

It’s time for Kids and Youth to SHINE. Bowling Green Alex’s Lemonade Stand will be Saturday, August 6th. KidStuffAroundTown.com is joining the efforts to encourage and empower Kids and Youth to get involved. How can you help?

1. Host your own Lemonade Stand – We are looking for Volunteer Leaders to head up their own Lemonade Stand. Volunteer Leaders will need to see that their stand supplies the ice, lemonade, cups, table, and stand. Volunteer Leaders will also need to encourage friends and family to volunteer at their Lemonade Stand. KidStuffAroundTown.com will help to provide assistance.

2. Volunteer at a Lemonade Stand – There is around 30 Alex’s Lemonade Stands that will be spread out throughout Bowling Green and more will be added. Please check the list at AlexsLemonade.org to find one close to you. Then contact Reagan Miller (270) 996-7460, Carol Miller (270) 799-1075, or KidStuffAroundTown.com at (270) 904-4543 to see if that stand needs more volunteers.
