About Us

KidStuffAroundTown.com was created to fill a need of Volunteerism within the youth age community. So, we created a website that kids, youth, and their parents can visit to find volunteer opportunities from nonprofits in the area. Thus KidStuffAroundTown.com became a nonprofit organization March 2011.

KidStuffAroundTown.com provides free membership to Kids and Youth. When you become a KidStuff Volunteer, your volunteer hours are tracked until you graduate from High School. You have opportunities to attend workshops that focus on improving your community.

KidStuffAroundTown.com is an Official Certifying Organization for the President’s Volunteer Service Awards program. The President’s Volunteer Service Award is an initiative of the Corporation for National and Community Service and is administered by the Points of Light Institute. KidStuffAroundTown.com’s Kid and Youth Volunteers have the opportunity to be recognized on 3 National Levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Award levels will reflect a 12 month volunteering period. So, lets get out there and volunteer!!!
